There seems to be any number of excuses for bullying.  Some people are bullies because they were bullied themselves.  Others may do it to be popular or to look tough and in charge.  The bully may simply be looking for attention or wants to make other people afraid of them.  Jealousy is another excuse, and sometimes it is peer pressure.  Whatever the EXCUSE, there is never a good REASON.
